Refund policy

• You have 14 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
• You cannot return an item that has been custom tailored/modified.
• Returned items must be unused, with all tags intact and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. As a small business, we do not account for returns in our prices to keep the items affordable, this is why customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, if no defects are found, your refund will be approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment, with the timeline depending on your card's issuer policies.
