Shipping policy

Shipment

• Any customs, tariffs, taxes, or other fees levied by their country's customs office must be paid by the consumer.
  
• For the shipment to be successfully delivered by the shipping provider, the client is responsible for making sure the address they supply at the time of sale is accurate and comprehensive and includes all relevant information (including apartment or unit number).
  
• The customer will be liable for the shipping costs associated with reshipping the products if they cannot be delivered or are returned because they did not provide a valid or complete address.
  
• Valores de Flavia will not send a replacement shipment of the items in the unlikely event that the shipping address is accurate but the customer does not receive the shipment. Please contact the shipping provider for these issues as our part in the shipment process is only to send the items. It is the shipping provider's job to make sure your parcel gets to your address.
